Years ago, I stumbled upon a “formula” for resonating in 5D consciousness. It’s surprisingly simple—but also incredibly challenging for many of us. Even I catch myself resisting it sometimes!
Here’s the formula in a nutshell: Take 100% responsibility for everything in your experience, and let go of behaviors like complaining, judging, shaming, blaming, mocking, envying, criticizing, gossiping, resenting, and comparing.
I know that sounds like a lot—but here’s why it matters. All these patterns carry frequencies diametrically opposed to love, forgiveness, and gratitude—the very foundation of 5D consciousness.
